CHIPOTLE- LIME CREMA RECIPE

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup lime juice (from ~4 limes)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chipotles in adobo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 3 or more sprigs cilantro, finely chopped

Supplies:

  • Bowl
  • Chef’s Knife
  • Cutting Board
  • Measuring Spoons  

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the yogurt, lime juice, chipotles (to taste) maple syrup, garlic and salt
  2. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
  3. Add in the cilantro.
  4. Taste and adjust flavors as necessary.
